High fiber diet like fruit green vegetable to relax the problem and soak affected area in warm water for 15-20 minute ,several time as a day especially after the bowel movement.

Use Ice pack wrap on cloth to the affected  area for 10-20 minute do so many times in a day to reduce swelling and relax from pain and wear loose under wear for relax from piles and it reduce irritation from body and do excerise to reduce a pain it affected when do on early morning at 5 am.

Yes it true  if you siting long time on one place 80% chances it occur hemorrhoids and drink water to help a problem to decrase chances of this type of problem
